How much Seatone should I take?

For an initial course of 3 months take 2 capsules daily of 500mg Seatone. This can later be reduced to 1 capsule per day for continued joint maintenance.

How soon can I expect results?

The results vary from person to person, however, most experience benefit 4 - 6 weeks after starting Seatone. There have been some reports of an increase in pain and stiffness after commencing Seatone but this condition is temporary and usually precedes good results.

For how long can I continue to take Seatone?

Time duration of taking Seatone also varies with individuals. Most people find they can reduce dosage to a maintenance level of 1-2 capsules per day but others find they need to sustain a higher intake. There have been no reports of adverse side effects with long-term use of Seatone.
