(1) Perma Healthcare provides free shipping within India.
(2) Products ordered will be dispatched (within India only) either by :
i) Courier Service - for prepaid orders ii) India Post (Speed Post Service / Registry Service) – for prepaid orders iii) Cash on Delivery Service through Aramex – for payment on delivery orders iv) Value Payable Post (VPP) – for payment on delivery orders
(3) PRE-PAID ORDERS
a) Payment can be made through :
b) Products ordered will be dispatched by courier service only after receipt of full payment.
c) In case there is no courier service available to the delivery address, the order will be dispatched through Speed Post / Registry Service of India Post.
(4) PAYMENT ON DELIVERY ORDERS
a) Perma Healthcare provides Cash-On-Delivery (COD) service through Aramex.
b) In case there is no COD service available through Aramex to the delivery address, the order will be dispatched throughValue Payable Post (VPP) service of India Post.
c) In case of delivery though VPP, the customer has to pay an extra 5% amount of the Invoice Value to the postal department at the time of delivery. This extra amount is applicable as per the guidelines of Indian Post, and will not be reimbursed to the customer by Perma Healthcare.
d) No order will be delivered against part payment.
(5) Subject to the availability of stock, our estimated time for delivery of any product is 3 -7 working days depending on the mode of delivery service.
(6) Please note that the delivery of the products will not be attempted on Sundays or on any public holidays due to unavailability of courier service.
